Donate Now

Your donation goes directly toward the most urgent needs women escaping domestic violence face right now. In Contra Costa County, the Section 8 voucher waiting list for domestic violence survivors has been closed for over three years. There are no government housing vouchers currently available for women fleeing abuse in this county. Until that changes, private donations are the only way to pay rent, utilities, and household essentials for a woman who needs a safe place to land today.

Every dollar you give helps us provide transitional housing, trauma-informed therapy, financial literacy education, job training, and farm-to-table wellness programming for survivors who are ready to rebuild.

3% Cover the Fee

Your gift funds transitional housing, utilities, and essentials for survivors, plus trauma-informed therapy, financial literacy and credit rebuilding, job training, and farm-to-table wellness programming including yoga, meditation, and breathwork. The Souza Foundation (EIN 33-3554130) provided no goods or services in exchange for this contribution. Your gift is fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
